**About Order**

1. How do I know what size to choose?

You can check the handy Sizes Guides and view our Size Chart on the product page for easy reference.

2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (service@printifun.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

3. I haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order. What does this mean?

The order confirmation should be sent within a few minutes, but there can be occasional delays. If you have not received it after 24 hours and it is not in your spam folder, please contact us so that we can check on the status of your order.

**About Shipping**

1. What the delivery company you use?

We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.
Attention: The shipping confirmation/notification will be updated with you via email when your orders are fulfilled.

2. How long does it to take for preparing an order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-4 working days to prepare for that. 

3. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
